Delete your Ever Teleprompter account
You can delete your account here without the app. Sign in below with Google or your email and password to permanently delete the matching Ever Teleprompter account. If you only use Sign in with Apple, delete it from My Account in the app on your iPhone or iPad, or use the email fallback below.
Deletion does not cancel subscriptions
Cancel Weekly or Annual access separately in Google Play's subscription center on Android or Apple's subscription settings on iOS. Deleting this account, signing out, or uninstalling does not stop billing.
Files on your devices remain
The website cannot erase scripts, settings, progress, downloaded models, audio files, or videos stored on a phone or tablet. Delete them in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall after exporting anything you need. The in-app deletion flow offers an optional local-data checkbox.
What is deleted and retained
Deletion removes your account login, email address, linked sign-in methods, password, sessions, app profile, and installation records from active systems. VanhSoft keeps only the records described in the Privacy Policy: pseudonymous records for trial-abuse prevention, Lifetime restoration, and limited purchase and security records; infrastructure logs, normally for up to 30 days; and legacy Feature Request records until 12 months after submission. Emails you've sent to support, including Contact Us messages, aren't deleted with your account; they're normally kept until your request is resolved plus 24 months. Encrypted backups expire within 90 days.

If you can't sign in here, or deletion fails, email [email protected] from the address you use in the app and ask us to delete your Ever Teleprompter account. VanhSoft will confirm completion within 30 days. Never send a password or token.
